Our Dispatch Centers will be open until 12PM PST and we will be processing your orders. If you are aiming to get your package before December 25th, 2021, we highly recommend to place your order before December 17, 2021. As there are higher than expected volume of shipments within the US, we are letting our customer know that there could be prolonged shipping timelines for orders to be received. Our Dispatch Center will be closed on December 24, 25. We will resume normal working hours on December 26, 2021.

Once you have placed your order, our dispatch team will start to process and ship your order within 48 hours. When your order is shipped out from our Dispatch Center, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information for the order. Please keep in mind due to the high volume of shipment, tracking numbers can take up to 1-2 days to be updated on the courier website once they are issued.
Please Note: We only accept physical shipping address at this time. This is to ensure that your package arrives safely and in a timely manner. Some packages do require signature service upon delivery.
