Next Level Racing’s return and refund policies differ depending on where you purchased your product.

If you purchased a Next Level Racing product from one of our authorised resellers:

1. You may reach out to the retailer from which the product was purchased, to find out their return and refund policy.
2. If you are needing assistance with a fault related to your product, please reach out to us via support@nextlevelracing.com so we can assist you further.

If you purchased a Next Level Racing product from nextlevelracing.com directly: 

1. Cancellation Terms:
   • You may cancel your order within 60 minutes from when you have submitted your order via the link provided within the Order Confirmation Email you receive after you place your order.
   • After the 60-minute window, order cancellation is not possible and the returns and refunds will be governed by this policy.
2. If you purchased a Next Level Racing product from nextlevelracing.com directly:
   • You have 14 days from the date it was received, to reach out to the Next Level Racing LLC Customer Support Team directly and submit a return request.
   • All returns must be approved by the Next Level Racing LLC Customer Support Team before being returned.
   • The product must be returned unopened/sealed in its original condition and packaging.
   • Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may result in refund delays, a fee, or a return refusal.
3. More Return Terms and Conditions:
   • A return fee will be applied to your total refund amount, which will be specified before the return has been approved.
   • Return fees are determined per product price range below:
     • Product Price Up To $149 = $20USD
     • Product Price Between $150 to $348 = $50USD
     • Product Price Between $349 to $699 = $100USD
     • Product Price Above $700 = $200USD
       *Product prices above are before taxes or any applicable discounts.
   • Return fees will be automatically deducted from your refund which will be processed via your original method of payment.
   • If you wish to use your own shipping provider you must first obtain approval from Next Level Racing LLC. Once approved, we will provide you with a specific RMA return number to be clearly displayed on the product carton. Parcels without a pre-approved RMA return number will not be accepted at our warehouse.
   • Once a return has been approved, we will provide you with a return label to be used on the product being returned.
   • The product will be considered returned once it has been delivered and inspected.
   • If your return is approved as a warranty return or replacement, all shipping fees will be covered by us.
   • All discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned within this return policy.
4. Disclaimer
   • We will not be liable for any returned items that are opened, damaged or lost. If we find that the return does not meet the return policy terms and conditions, we reserve the right to apply a fee to your refund or refuse it.
