Terms and conditions
Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to people who are 15 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Next Level Racing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
The entry period for the giveaway begins on 16/03/2024 at 12:00 AM GMT+10 and ends on 03/04/2024 at 11:59 PM GMT+10. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the designated feedback survey provided by Next Level Racing.
Participants must provide accurate and complete information in the survey to be eligible for entry.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Prize:
The prize for the giveaway is Next Level Racing GTElite and ERS2, or Next Level Racing Flight Simulator.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
The drawing will be conducted within 21 days after the end of the entry period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the drawing.
The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Next Level Racing to use their name, likeness, and feedback for promotional purposes without any further compensation.
Privacy:
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the fulfillment of the prize. The personal information collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with Next Level Racing’s Privacy Policy.
Shipping Limitations:
Next Level Racing will only ship the prize to regions where we currently have a presence or a partner for fulfillment. Participants from regions where we do not have such presence or partnership are not eligible to receive the prize. It is the responsibility of the participant to verify eligibility for shipping before entering the giveaway.
General Conditions including Terms and Conditions:
Next Level Racing reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent behaviour.
Next Level Racing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Next Level Racing, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this giveaway, in particular, that relating to the prizes, are the property of their respective owners.
The T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
