Next Level Racing was established in 2009. Our Headquarters is located in Gold Coast, Australia. However, offices globally in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

Our products are currently available in over 40 countries globally. To find a retailer close to you, please check out our buy page.
This all depends on your product and the how you are using it. We have a 1-year limited warranty on most of our products. Please reach out to our support department if you require any help.

As we do not sell directly to our customers in all regions, please contact the retailer in your region to find out about shipping.

About your order

Once you have placed your order an order confirmation email will be sent to you within 30 minutes. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email within the specified timeline. If you made an order that was linked to your account, you can track it within there. If you made an order under a guest account and would like to link it to an account, please reach out to us at support.usa@nextlevelracing.com

We accept the following payment methods: AMEX, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, Visa Debit, and Apple Pay. All credit card information’s are encrypted for safe payment.

The charge will appear on your payment method as “DR- Next Level Racing LLC”.

All taxes will be calculated to the state law through our automated system based on your shipping and billing address upon check out. If you are a government institution and require credit for the sales tax, please email us a copy of your tax-exemption form, order number, with an address matching your order’s shipping or billing address at cstaxexemptions@digitalriver.com. Once the proof of tax exemption has been received and reviewed, our Team will ensure that the correct amount is returned back to you.
Once you have placed your order on our website, a pre-authorization will be held to ensure the funds are available. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will be charged in full.

If you are having issues with a particular payment option. We recommend trying the following:
Use an alternative payment method
Ensure the billing information matches the payment option you are using.
Ensure there is sufficient funds available for the purchase.
If you are still experience difficulties with your method of payment, please reach out to us at support.usa@nextlevelracing.com with your email address, last 4 digits of the credit card being used, shipping and billing address.

Once you have placed your order, our dispatch team will process and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days.

We are not able to adjust the items on your order once is it submitted. However, we do offer cancellation within 60-minutes of the order being submitted. Please follow the link within the order confirmation email. If you need to add an additional item to your order, please proceed to place a new order for that particular item as we offer free shipping and fast dispatching.

We offer cancellation within 60-minutes of the order being submitted via your order confirmation email only. Please follow the cancellation link within your order confirmation email.

Apologies that your order has been cancelled. Your order being cancelled can be due to an inventory issue or due to the payment method being rejected upon processing. You can reach out to us via support.usa@nextlevelracing.com with your details and we can assist you further.

If you would like to return your order within our return and refund policy, you will need to reach out to us at support.usa@nextlevelracing.com to start the process.

If your return is approved you will receive an email with a shipping label, please print and securely attach your shipping label to your return package. We will be using this shipping label to verify the return. You will then need to drop off your return at the closest UPS depot. Once your returned product has arrived at our Dispatch Center, your return will be inspected and processed by our team within 5-10 business days.

Once the return is verified at our Dispatch Center, we can then start your refund process via your original method of payment within 2-5 business days. Please note the applicable return fees in our return and refund policy page.

*Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may result in refund delays, a fee, or a return refusal.

Once your return has reached our warehouse and has been processed within 5-10 business days, you can expect to see your refund back to your Original Method of Payment within 2-5 business days depending on your financial institution.

To provide you with the best experience we are including shipping free of charge! For most regions, your shipment will get to you within 1-6 business days once it has left the warehouse. Please keep in mind that weather conditions and holiday delays are possible.

SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped out from our Dispatch Center, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information for the order. Please keep in mind due to the high volume of shipments, tracking numbers can take up to 1-2 days to be updated on the courier website once they are issued.

We only accept physical shipping address at this time. This is to ensure that your package arrives safely and in a timely manner. Some packages do require signature service upon delivery.
