Next Level Racing’s return and refund policies differ depending on where you purchased your product.

If you purchased a Next Level Racing product from one of our authorised resellers:

  1. You may reach out to the retailer from which the product was purchased, to find out their return and refund policy.
  2. If you are needing assistance with a fault related to your product, please reach out to us via support@nextlevelracing.com so we can assist you further.

If you purchased a Next Level Racing product from nextlevelracing.com directly: 

  1. Cancellation Terms:
    • Our order processing system is designed to begin fulfillment immediately after an order is placed. As such, we are unable to offer a window for cancellations or address changes once an order has been submitted. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact the Next Level Racing LLC Customer Service Team (support.usa@nextlevelracing.com for US Orders & support@nextlevelracing.com for UK Orders) as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee cancellations will be possible, we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has shipped, it will be subject to the terms outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
  2. If you purchased a Next Level Racing product from nextlevelracing.com directly:
    • You have 14 days from the date your order is received to contact the appropriate Next Level Racing® Customer Support Team and submit a return request:

      United Kingdom: support@nextlevelracing.com

      Please do not refuse delivery or return your product without first contacting our Customer Support Team to obtain return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and/or incur additional fees.

      All returns must comply with the conditions set out in the Next Level Racing® Returns & Refund Policy. Products returned without authorization or outside the stated policy may result in delays, additional fees, or a denial of your refund.

  3. More Return Terms and Conditions:
    • Open Returns Terms and Conditions:
      • If the product has been opened and a return has been approved by the Next Level Racing LLC Support Team.
      • The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping using a courier of their choice.
      • The customer must provide tracking information to the Support Team and clearly label the parcel with the RMA number provided by Next Level Racing.
      • A 20% restocking fee will be applied, calculated from the total purchase price (before taxes or discounts) of the returned item(s). This fee will be automatically deducted from the refund.
      • Returned items must be in like-new condition, including all original components and packaging.
      • The return will be considered complete once the item is received and inspected by our Warehouse Team.
      • If the return meets these conditions, a refund – minus the restocking fee will be processed to the original payment method.
    • Unopened Returns Terms and Conditions:
      • If the product has not been opened and a return has been approved by the Next Level Racing LLC Customer Support Team.
      • The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping using a courier of their choice.
      • The customer must provide tracking information to the Support Team and clearly label the parcel with the RMA number provided by Next Level Racing.
      • The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging, in like-new, resaleable condition.
      • Once received, the item will be inspected by our Warehouse Team to confirm it has not been opened, used, or tampered with.
      • If the return meets these conditions, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  4. Additional Return Terms
    • Return fees will be clearly communicated before approval and automatically deducted from the refund amount.
    • If approved as a warranty return or replacement, all shipping costs will be covered by Next Level Racing LLC.
    • If you wish to use your own shipping provider for warranty returns or replacements, prior written approval is required. Once approved, an RMA number will be provided and must be clearly marked on the package. Unmarked or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
    • Next Level Racing is not responsible for returned items that are opened, damaged, or lost during transit.
    • If a return does not meet the stated policy requirements, we reserve the right to apply additional fees or deny the refund.
    • All discounted products are final sale and not eligible for return.
  5. Disclaimer
    • We will not be liable for any returned items that are opened, damaged or lost. If we find that the return does not meet the return policy terms and conditions, we reserve the right to apply a fee to your refund or refuse it.
