We are extremely excited to announce that we will be the official cockpit partner for TCR Virtual Championship! A global esports competition with up to 15,000 entrants from across 5 continents, the TCR Virtual gives drivers of all levels a legitimate chance to win some unbelievable prizes!
The TCR Virtual will take place on Assetto Corsa in collaboration with Simracing.gp. Qualification is open now, and closes Thursday 11th November 18:00 UTC! Next Level Racing® will be providing a variety of prizes at different stages of the competition including participation giveaways, so don’t miss out on this opportunity to showcase your skills and have some fun on a global stage!
A key focus for us at Next Level Racing® and TCR Virtual championship is to promote community and inclusiveness while maintaining elite-level competition in sim racing. Our mission is to give all sim drivers, no matter their background and experience, a chance to participate and be a part of something special on a grand scale. A truly unique esports championship, the TCR Virtual will have a format like no other with the goal of creating fewer boundaries for participation, while maintaining elite-level competition.
How To Enter and Format Overview:
The TCR Virtual will take place through Simracing.gp. All you need to do is head to the official TCR Virtual website (link below) and download the TCR Mod from the tab to get started.
Qualifying Phase: Drivers will be locked to their respective Regional Bracket comprised of EU, Americas, Asia, MEA, and Australia. To achieve entry into the Knockout Stage, a driver simply needs to complete a Qualifying Race incident free!
Knockout Stage: Drivers will then compete against one another in a knockout format, with the Top 50% of drivers in the first race progressing to the next stage. Each round will drop a stated number of drivers until there are 15 left, who will then take part in the Continental Final! The Top 3 from each Continental Final will compete at the on-site (travel permitted) TCR Virtual Grand Finale!
